Petz.bg is an innovative platform designed to connect pet owners with the best professionals and businesses in the sector. The challenge for SFC was to transform a complex logistical structure into an easy-to-navigate and visually pleasing user experience. The result is a modern digital space that inspires trust and facilitates daily animal care.

At the heart of the project is an integrated intelligent booking system that allows users to instantly discover and request services – from grooming and veterinary check-ups to pet hotels. We have developed precise filtering by location, pet type and rating, complemented by an interactive calendar for real-time schedule management.

The platform provides businesses with a powerful tool for managing profiles and reservations, while end customers benefit from a transparent feedback system and direct communication.

To strengthen community engagement, we have implemented a dedicated section with resources and tips, as well as the ability to easily register facilities in the services map. The entire interface is designed with a “mobile-first” approach, ensuring perfect functionality even when owners are on the go with their four-legged friends.
